Question 1

Who can use this platform?

Accepted Answer

The platform is for primary and secondary schools, all-through schools, academies, free schools, multi-academy trusts, and local authorities. Parents and students access it through their school.

Question 2

What does the platform provide?

Accepted Answer

A cloud-based school management system with features for classes, staff, students, timetables, assessments, finance (e.g. school fees), and government compliance. Everything in one place with an intuitive interface.

Question 3

Where is my data kept?

Accepted Answer

Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Where applicable, services run from UK regions so data can remain in the UK. Your school can confirm the exact data residency for your tenant.

Question 4

What makes this different from other school systems?

Accepted Answer

We focus on a modern, browser-based experience with fewer bolt-ons, efficient workflows, and clear in-app help. Support is available so expert help is close when you need it.

Question 5

Is finance (e.g. school fees) integrated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When your school uses the integrated finance module, fee collection and related accounting are connected to the main school management system, with access controlled by your school.

Question 6

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on your school or trust size and the modules you use. Contact your school or get in touch with us for details and bespoke pricing.

Question 7

How secure is my data?

Accepted Answer

We take security seriously and align with GDPR. Connections use strong encryption (e.g. 256-bit SSL), and we follow practices to keep data safe in transit and at rest.

Question 8

Which devices can I use?

Accepted Answer

The platform works in modern browsers on desktops, tablets, and phones. Parent and student apps are available where your school has enabled them (e.g. App Store and Google Play).
